Company Profile & History
Magellanic Cloud Limited was originally incorporated with the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, on December 4, 1981, under the name “South India Projects Limited.” The name of the company was subsequently changed to its current name, “Magellanic Cloud Limited.” This change took effect on October 8, 2018, and was confirmed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
