For Q3 FY26, Revenue from Operations stood at ₹16,393.17 lakhs, reflecting an 8.27% year-on-year (Y-o-Y) increase. Total Income for the nine-month period reached ₹49,519.21 lakhs, marking an 11.97% growth over 9M FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was ₹2,863.05 lakhs, up 3.67% quarter-on-quarter (Q-o-Q), supported by stable performance across business verticals and disciplined cost management.

Nagpur Division: Repeat Order Reflecting Execution Momentum
E-Surveillance:
Provigil Surveillance Limited and IVIS International Pvt. Ltd. secured multiple railway surveillance contracts during the quarter, including projects across Southern Railway (Madurai Division), South Central Railway, Western Railway (Rajkot and Jaipur Divisions), and IRCTC. The engagements involve deployment of AI-enabled CCTV systems, advanced video analytics, and Face Recognition Systems (FRS), strengthening Magellanic Cloud’s presence in India’s transportation infrastructure and public safety ecosystem.
IT & ITES:
Motivity Labs successfully completed its SOC 2 and HIPAA annual reassessments, reinforcing compliance standards for global enterprise clients. The subsidiary also conducted internal AI and GenAI capability-building initiatives and participated in GITEX GLOBAL 2025 in Dubai, expanding its international engagement footprint.
Drone Manufacturing:
Scandron Private Limited secured a drone logistics work order valued at up to ₹12 crore from a Vedanta Group company. The engagement supports industrial logistics applications and highlights Scandron’s growing capabilities in scalable, mission-ready aerial platforms. Continued R&D investments during the quarter focused on UAV architecture, payload optimization, and extended endurance systems.
Platform Security & Governance:
Provigil achieved CERT-In recognition, and Scanalitix cleared the OWASP Top 10 assessment, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to cybersecurity and enterprise-grade governance standards.
