Magellanic Cloud Maintains Strong Operating Momentum in Q2 FY26, PAT Grows 13.10% Y-o-Y

Magellanic Cloud Limited (NSE & BSE: MCLOUD), a leading global technology and digital transformation company, announced its financial results for the second quarter of FY26, demonstrating consistent growth and operational stability across its diversified business portfolio.

 

For Q2 FY26, the company reported Revenue from Operations of ₹164.44 crore, marking a 4.54% year-on-year (Y-o-Y) increase, and Total Income of ₹165.83 crore, up 5.42% Y-o-Y.
Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹27.62 crore, reflecting a 13.10% Y-o-Y increase.
This steady performance underscores Magellanic Cloud’s strong execution capabilities and resilient operating model, as the company continues to balance growth with disciplined cost management and process maturity.

Quarter Highlights

Magellanic Cloud’s e-surveillance subsidiaries, Provigil Surveillance Ltd. and IVIS International Pvt. Ltd., collectively secured projects worth over ₹118 crore during the quarter. This includes a ₹85 crore project from Southern Railway for deploying AI-powered, cyber-secure surveillance across 484 stations, a ₹32 crore contract from Indian Highways Management Company Limited (IHMCL) under NHAI, and a ₹45 lakh order from Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Residential Educational Institution Society (APSWREIS) to implement AI-driven analytics across 14 educational sites.

 

In the IT & ITES vertical, Motivity Labs, a Magellanic Cloud subsidiary, entered a strategic technology partnership with BrowserStack, one of the world’s leading cloud-based web and mobile application testing platforms. The subsidiary also renewed its ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications, reaffirming its commitment to global quality and data security standards.

 

Additionally, both Magellanic Cloud and Provigil Surveillance Limited were appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3, reinforcing the company’s dedication to process excellence, continuous improvement, and delivery reliability.
