Magellanic Cloud’s Railway Order Momentum Nears ₹200 Cr as Provigil Secures New Nagpur Division Win

Magellanic Cloud Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has received an additional Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Central Railway – Nagpur Division, further strengthening its presence within the same railway zone.
Nagpur Division: Repeat Order Reflecting Execution Momentum
The latest LoA, valued at ₹5.36 crore, follows an earlier Nagpur Division order of ₹3.61 crore, taking Provigil’s total order value in the Nagpur Division to approximately ₹9 crore. The repeat mandate reflects continued confidence by railway authorities in Provigil’s delivery capability, compliance standards, and operational reliability.
The current project involves the end-to-end supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of RDSO-compliant Full HD IP CCTV surveillance systems integrated with AI-enabled video analytics, Network Video Recorders (NVRs), and associated power and communication infrastructure. The systems will be deployed at manned, non-interlocked Level Crossing (LC) gates in the South Section of the Nagpur Division, aimed at enhancing real-time monitoring, safety assurance, and operational resilience at critical rail crossings.
The project is scheduled for execution over a nine-month period, in line with tender specifications.
Railway Surveillance Order Book Nears ₹200 Crore
With the addition of this order, Provigil’s cumulative surveillance contracts from Indian Railways across multiple zones and divisions now stand close to ₹200 crore. The Company’s growing railway footprint spans station surveillance, level crossing safety systems, AI-driven video analytics, command-and-control infrastructure, and rolling stock safety solutions, demonstrating scalable execution across diverse and mission-critical environments.
