Magellanic Cloud’s Provigil Secures Back-to-Back DFCCIL Orders Worth ₹12.63 Crore

Magellanic Cloud Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Provigil Surveillance Limited, has secured two consecutive Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), aggregating to ₹12.63 crore. The back-to-back wins further strengthen the Company’s presence in India’s critical transportation infrastructure and underscore the growing adoption of technology-led surveillance solutions across the railway ecosystem.
The first order, was valued at ₹3.73 crore and covers the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC), along with Operations and Maintenance (O&M), of an E-Surveillance System across the Kishangarh Balawas (Excl.) – New Rewari – New Phulera – New Kishangarh – Madar (Excl.) section of the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor under the CGM/JP Unit. The project will be executed over five years on an OPEX model.
The second and latest LOA, is valued at ₹8.90 crore and covers the Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and O&M of an IP-based CCTV Surveillance System on an OPEX basis for five years across various DFCCIL locations between New Palanpur and New Gothangam under CGM/ADI, WDFC.
Together, the projects encompass an integrated surveillance framework designed to enhance the protection and monitoring of critical railway infrastructure. The scope includes theft prevention, remote video monitoring, facility and asset protection, operational surveillance, vandalism deterrence, event-based surveillance, outdoor perimeter security and dock management, supported by centralised storage and recording infrastructure, Command and Control Centre capabilities and technical manpower. The latest project also incorporates AI-enabled video analytics for real-time monitoring, event detection and improved security response.
The consecutive awards reinforce Provigil Surveillance’s growing presence across critical public-sector and transportation infrastructure and reflect the increasing trust placed by leading government and PSU organisations in its surveillance and security capabilities. The orders also deepen Magellanic Cloud’s footprint across the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor, while strengthening its positioning as a technology-driven security solutions provider for large-scale, mission-critical environments.
