Magellanic Cloud Secures ₹8.21 Crore Railway Surveillance Order from North Western Railway

Hyderabad, April 27, 2026 – Magellanic Cloud Limited today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has secured two Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from North Western Railway, Bikaner Division, with a combined order value of approximately ₹8.21 crore.
The contracts reinforce the company’s growing footprint in the railway surveillance and security segment and further strengthen its order book with high-visibility, infrastructure-driven deployments.
The scope of work spans end-to-end deployment of advanced CCTV surveillance systems across critical railway infrastructure:
Passenger Infrastructure Surveillance: Deployment of CCTV systems at PRS and UTS-cum-PRS counters across 54 stations (64 locations) in the Bikaner Division. The project includes supply, installation, commissioning, and integration with centralized monitoring rooms at divisional headquarters and station locations. The contract is valued at approximately ₹4.93 crore and will be executed over a period of nine months.
Remote Asset Monitoring: Implementation of IP-based CCTV systems for remote surveillance of traction and electrical infrastructure, including Switching Posts (SP), Sub Sectioning Posts (SSP), Traction Sub Stations (TSS), and depots. The project includes associated infrastructure such as NVRs, storage, networking equipment, UPS systems, and connectivity solutions. This contract is valued at approximately ₹3.28 crore and will be executed within six months.
These orders build on Provigil’s ongoing engagements with Indian Railways and reflect continued customer confidence in its execution capabilities, particularly in delivering scalable, integrated surveillance solutions across geographically distributed environments.
