Magellanic Cloud Expands Indian Railways Footprint with New ₹6.16 Cr Surveillance Project in Nagpur

Magellanic Cloud Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from South East Central Railway – Nagpur Division for the deployment of advanced Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) across multiple railway level crossing gates.
Deployement Across Multiple Railway Divisions
The contract, valued at ₹6.16 crore, involves the provision of a comprehensive Video Surveillance System to monitor 66 manned non-interlocked Level Crossing (LC) gates, including 61 gates in Nagpur Division, 4 in Raipur Division, and 1 in Bilaspur Division.
The project scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance (CAMC) of the surveillance infrastructure in accordance with RDSO specifications.
The surveillance system will enable real-time monitoring, centralized visibility, AI-enabled analytics, and secure data management, helping railway authorities strengthen safety oversight and operational monitoring at critical rail crossing points.
The project is scheduled to be executed within 12 months from the date of the letter of Acceptance, as per tender specifications.
Strengthening Railway Surveillance Execution
With this order, Provigil’s cumulative deployement value for railway Level Crossing surveillance projects has increased to approximately ₹12.17 crore, while the Company’s overall railway surveillance order book now stands at around ₹200 crore, providing strong revenue visibility for the coming quarters.
Provigil continues to expand its presence across Indian Railways through station surveillance systems, level crossing monitoring infrastructure, AI-powered analytics platforms, and command-and-control deployements, reinforcing its capability to deliver large-scale surveillance systems in complex operational environments.

The company confirms that none of teh promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the order, and the contract does not fall within the purview of related-party transactions, in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
