As I sit down to reflect on the past year, I can’t help but feel an immense sense of pride in what we’ve achieved at Magellanic Cloud. 2024 was a year of transformation—one filled with challenges, opportunities, and breakthroughs that reaffirmed our commitment to innovation, growth, and purpose.

Over the past year, we’ve doubled down on AI, data analytics, and automation—leveraging these technologies to enhance our offerings and redefine operational efficiency. It’s been amazing to witness how our AI-driven solutions are making a real impact, not just within the industry but in the way businesses operate globally.

We closed FY24 with revenues surpassing ₹564 crore, and I firmly believe we’re well on our way to achieving ₹600 crore within the next two years. But more importantly, we’re growing our workforce—our strength—towards 5,000 skilled professionals. That’s not just a statistic; it’s a testament to our belief in people and their potential.

This year, we’ve committed over ₹377 crore towards strategic acquisitions, focusing on e-surveillance, IT services, and drone technology. These industries are the future, and we want to be at the forefront. The discussions and due diligence are in full swing, and we’re confident that these moves will further solidify our leadership in these domains.

That’s why our efforts align closely with the Make in India initiative. We’re not just building for today; we’re building for a future where India is a powerhouse in the global tech landscape. From manufacturing to software, we are committed to fostering innovation and driving economic growth.

This past year, we’ve significantly ramped up our R&D efforts, particularly in drone technology and AI-driven automation. We know that staying ahead requires constant evolution, and that’s exactly what we’re committed to.

That’s why we’ve taken a bold step by joining the Skill India Mission as a recognized training provider under PMKVY 4.0. This initiative is close to my heart because it’s about empowering people—giving them the skills and opportunities to drive India’s digital future.

We’ve built a solid foundation, and now it’s time to accelerate. Our Q3 performance showed strong EBITDA and PAT growth, reinforcing that our strategy is on the right track.
But beyond the numbers, my vision for Magellanic Cloud is simple—to build a company that not only grows but also leaves a lasting impact. A company that fosters innovation, empowers people, and contributes to a better future.
