Mr. Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma

Global CEO & Managing Director

Joseph Sudheer Thumma (aka Joe) is the visionary force behind Magellanic Cloud Limited (MCL), serving as its Global CEO and Managing Director. A trailblazer in technology and enterprise leadership, Joe brings over 27 years of proven expertise in building high-growth companies, spearheading digital & technology transformation, and driving multi-vertical innovation across national & global markets.

Joe’s entrepreneurial journey began with the inception of JNIT Technologies, which under his bold leadership evolved into Magellanic Cloud, now a publicly traded powerhouse listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (2017) and the National Stock Exchange (2025). His foresight and relentless pursuit of excellence have catapulted MCL into a diversified conglomerate at the forefront of emerging technologies.

Mr. Carwin Heierman

Executive Director

Carwin Heierman is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in Startup Sourcing, Fundraising and enterprise collaboration strategies. As Board member at Magellanic Cloud Limited since May 28, 2019, he has played a role in steering the company’s strategic initiatives. In addition to his role at Magellanic Cloud Limited, Heierman is the Founder of Rodller, a company based in Singapore. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing Rodller’s mission to provide smart Services to both Start up Founders and Greenfield Projects. Carwin Heierman also operates key accounts at both Hoozin and Motivity Labs Europe. Carwin Heierman’s global perspective is further enriched by his international experience, with professional addresses in Singapore and Monaco. This diverse background informs his approach to fostering cross-cultural collaboration and implementing effective digital strategies worldwide.

Mr. Robert Alan Forbes Jr.

Non-Executive - Independent Director

Alan Forbes serves as the Chief Technology Officer at RPR Wyatt, bringing a wealth of experience in technology leadership. An Amazon best-selling author and former IBM Champion, Alan has demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and excellence in the tech industry. His diverse background also includes ventures in real estate investment, showcasing his versatility and strategic acumen. As a board member, Alan’s extensive expertise and leadership are invaluable assets to our organization.

Ms. Nikitha Tiparnapally

Non-Executive - Independent Director

Nikitha Tiparnapally is an accomplished professional with an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from KPRIT College, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from St. Martin’s Engineering College. She brings over nine years of comprehensive experience as a Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), with a strong focus on data-driven strategy, stakeholder management, and process enhancement. Since February 2016, she has been serving as a Board Member of Magellanic Cloud Limited, where she also chairs the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Risk Management Committee. Her proven expertise in corporate governance, strategic planning, and operational oversight positions her as a valuable asset in guiding organizations towards sustainable growth and enhanced compliance.

CS Amita Sachin Karia

Non-Executive - Independent Director

CS Amita Karia is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and a qualified Commerce and Law Graduate, with over 13 years of rich experience in Corporate and Securities Laws. Her core areas of expertise include Secretarial Audits, SEBI & Listing Regulations, FEMA and FDI Compliances, Corporate Governance, and end-to-end handling of complex corporate actions including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Rights Issues, Preferential Allotments, Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), and Takeovers of unlisted companies.

She began her professional journey with Bhadresh Trading Corporation Limited, a leading cotton trading company, where she worked from 2012 to 2015. Post this corporate stint, she established her independent practice, offering comprehensive secretarial and legal advisory services.

Currently, CS Amita Karia is a Practicing Company Secretary, advising and managing compliance for a wide spectrum of reputed corporate groups, including IRB Group and Shapoorji Pallonji Group, among others. Her practice spans SEBI regulations, Companies Act, FEMA compliances, and ongoing secretarial support.

In addition to her professional practice, she has also contributed to corporate governance as an Independent Director. In past, she has served on the boards of listed entities such as Welspun Specialty Solutions Limited and Treehouse Education & Accessories Limited.

Mr. Mayank Mahendra Shukla

Non-Executive - Independent Director

Mayank Shukla is a dynamic Event Organizer with over seven years of experience in delivering end-to-end event solutions. He is highly skilled in managing budgets, vendors, and teams, ensuring flawless execution of diverse productions.

Mayank is also known for his ability to build strong client relationships and drive impactful experiences across large-scale productions. His professional journey includes roles as a Production Manager at Hyperlink Brand Solutions Private Limited from 2023 to 2025, where he managed setup and operations for merchandise stalls at the Coldplay Mumbai concert, TIRA Beauty stalls at the Luxe Weekend BKC event, and Yash Raj Films stalls at WAVES 2025. Since 2022, he has also been the Owner/Founder of Silveride Events LLP, where he organized the talent show “Worli’s Got Talent” and handled destination weddings, live shows, corporate awards, music shows, exhibitions, and activations.

Mr. Shukla’s core competencies include event management, project management, client servicing, financial management, and team leadership. He holds a BBA in Event Management and PR from NAEMD, earned between 2016 and 2019.

Mr. Mayank Shukla does not hold any shares or economic interest in the Company and is not related to any of the Directors/KMP of the Company.

Ms. Priyanka Pandey

Non-Executive - Independent Director

Ms. CS Priyanka Pandey is a Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and a qualified Commerce and Law Graduate, with over 5 years of experience in ensuring corporate compliance, governance, and regulatory reporting. Her core areas of expertise include Secretarial Audits, SEBI & Listing Regulations, Corporate Governance and Adept at managing board and shareholder meetings, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring timely filings with regulatory authorities (MCA, SEBI, etc.).

Currently, CS Priyanka Pandey is a Company Secretary in a Listed company, advising and managing compliance for a company and its subsidiary. Her Knowledge spans SEBI regulations, Companies Act, FEMA compliances, and ongoing secretarial support. She is also Managing secretarial audits, due diligence, and corporate filings. She is Maintaining statutory registers and records of the company.

She is also ensures regulatory compliance, good corporate governance, and effective administration. Proven expertise in secretarial audits, drafting legal documents, and advising management on company law matters. Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ethical corporate practices.
