Magellanic Cloud Limited was originally incorporated with Registrar of Companies Kolkata dated December 4, 1981 in the name of “South India Projects Limited”. The name of the company was changed to the current name “Magellanic Cloud Limited” This change took effect October 8, 2018 confirmed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies Kolkata.
We can announce that we moved our registered office from Kolkata West Bengal to Mumbai. Officially on 20th March 2020, Magellanic Cloud is registered at a new location – Mumbai, Maharastra.
